Cancellation & Refund

1-Since all orders are customized as per the customer's requirement and are perishable in nature, refund on any cancellation is not possible on the same day.

2-It is required that 1-day prior notice of cancellation be given for regular cakes and 2-days prior notice be given for Large or Special Cakes.

3- Cancellation of Order shall be mailed by the customer at with the Subject : " Cancellation Request" and specifying in the mail : ( i ) Order ID ( ii ) Reasons for Cancellation

4-Bakingo will issue a refund to the same card/account/medium through which you have made the payment incase of cancellation

5-All refunds shall be made within the period of 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

Return Policy

We're dedicated at offering you the best quality in our products and service. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help with those problems.

Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements. We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach out to us, we''ll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It''s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives; merchandise without a RETURN FORM will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

If any packages are returned back to due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers will be held responsible. No refunds or cancellation will be done in such a scenario.

Here are some helpful guidelines on Returns:

1-Always email/call us first if you have a problem. Order number and photo of the damaged item always helps us to resolve issues faster.

2-Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hrs or receiving the item in question.

3-Never send a returned item until you have been asked to do so by us

4-Always report any and all problems associated with an order at the same time.

5-Be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

Refund Processing

Depending on your financial institution, it may take some time for the credit to appear on your account. With most large banks you can expect the credit to appear on your statement within 3-5 business days. In case of certain banks it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Once the credit is issued, we’ve no control over the funds and cannot expedit or stop the process. It is completely dependent on your bank on how soon they are able to process the credit.
